Primo Conciergerie is a high-end online concierge service that aims to transform short-term rentals. In order to improve their services, they called on Welcom-Infopoint to design an AI digital reception agent. The addition of this digital agent will allow them to offer their customers an innovative reception and concierge system for exceptional real estate properties.

Challenge

The main objective of Primo Conciergerie’s digital reception agent is to improve their quality of service in order to attract a high-end clientele. This agent must therefore be able to ensure an online concierge role, while welcoming and informing their clients’ short-term tenants, while integrating into the digital reception technologies already existing on the Primo Conciergerie platform.

Approach

Thanks to our Welcom-Infopoint solution, Primo Conciergerie benefits from the technology of creating a digital reception agent with a human face. Embodied in 3D and equipped with conversational artificial intelligence, the agent is able to understand and reproduce human language, both written and spoken. Its addition to the Primo Conciergerie digital welcome booklet offers flexibility to the latter in launching their activity, by allowing them to recruit digital staff.
